Czech boutique Johnson Stastny Kramarik (JSK) has beaten US giants White & Case and Squire Sanders & Dempsey as well as leading domestic firms to advise on the Czech Republic's first hospital public private partnership (PPP).
JSK has been instructed by the Government to advise the hospital on the design, finance, construction and maintenance of Na Homolce Hospital in Prague, along with related facilities including a car park.
