Stewarts raids Amlin for new head of aviation

City litigation boutique Stewarts has appointed Amlin general counsel James Healy-Pratt to head up its new aviation department. Healy-Pratt will join the firm as a partner in December after six years with the insurance and reinsurance company before which he spent nine years as legal adviser at Global Aerospace Underwriting.
