Chadbourne & Parke has made up five partners across its network. Corporate lawyer Frank Vellucci has been made a partner in the New York office. Robin Mizrah, a project finance specialist, and Ayse Yuksel, a corporate lawyer, have both become partners in the London office. Igor Muszynski, an energy and infrastructure lawyer, joins the partnership in Warsaw and commercial lawyer Konstantin Konstantinov has become a partner in Russia.
