DLA Piper leveraged finance team sets strong mid-market pace with All3Media debt mandate

DLA Piper took the lead role advising Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Bank of Scotland on Permira's £350m buy-out of All3Media Group, it has emerged, marking the latest in a series of significant leveraged finance mandates for the firm.
The national firm bagged the role, one of its largest finance instructions of the year, after advising the banks on the initial auction process, which saw them named as joint lead arrangers.
London-based banking partner John Cutler led the team for DLA Piper with support from senior associate Adrian Low and solicitor Ewen Scott.
