Jersey firm Bedell Cristin has hired Withers corporate associate Kate Ovenden to strengthen its newly opened Guernsey office. Ovenden has advised on a range of UK financial services law, including the establishment and authorisation of regulated businesses and the establishment of UK authorised and unauthorised funds. Bedell launched its Guernsey office in April.
