Cliffe Dekker names new competition law head

South Africa leader Cliffe Dekker has appointed former national Competition Commission chief Mondo Ntlha to head up its competition law department. Ntlha was chief legal counsel to the Commission and acting deputy commissioner, where she spent five years, before joining Cliffe Dekker as a partner in July 2005.
