Schofield Sweeney hires litigation partner

Yorkshire outfit Schofield Sweeney has appointed David Collins as its second commercial litigation partner. Collins, who will be based at the 13-partner firm's Leeds arm, joins after an 11-year spell at local rival Ford & Warren, where he was also a partner. Collins will work closely with Schofield's insolvency, employment and corporate teams.
