Sidley Austin adds one to Frankfurt with CC hire
Sidley Austin has moved to strengthen its Frankfurt arm with the hire of its first German-based corporate partner, Clifford Chance M&A specialist Georg Rutzel. Rutzel, who will join the firm on 1 December, becomes the third partner in Sidley's Frankfurt office, which was launched in March this year.
