Herbert Smith has won Slough Estates as a new client, advising on the FTSE 100 property company's secondary listing on Euronext.
The Paris listing allows the company's French business to access tax exemptions under domestic legislation.
Slough instructed Herbert Smith corporate partner David Paterson in September 2006 after he led a team advising longstanding property client Hammerson on the only other similar move by a UK property company in 2004.
