Berwin Leighton Paisner real estate finance partner Mark Waghorn has advised Bank of Ireland on a £250m acquisition and construction financing package for Comer Homes. The package consists of a £125m acquisition facility and a £125m development facility for three residential developments. Jonathan S Rose Solicitors acted for Comer Homes on the property and finance aspects of the transaction. Dundas & Wilson acted for Comer Homes on construction issues. Carey Olsen advised Bank of Ireland and the lenders on Guernsey law, while Ogier advised Comer Homes on local law.
