Ex-Linklaters chief quits Nomura GC role
Former Linklaters managing partner Terence Kyle retired this week from investment bank Nomura after three years as its general counsel. Kyle will be joining forces with mentoring consultants IDDAS on his departure. No successor has been named as yet, but the heads of transaction legal, corporate legal and compliance - respectively Colin Blackmore, Mark Chapman and David Gordon - will share the role until a replacement is found.
