Charles joins CDT as new general counsel
Cambridge Display Technology has appointed Hilary Charles as its new general counsel. She joined the company last week (18 April). Former senior legal counsel at Abbey National, Charles joins after a stint as general counsel at tech company nCipher. Previously, Charles was at microprocessor design company ARM for seven years where she worked on ARM's listing on both the London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
