Milbank poaches partner from Delaware firm

Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy has hired Morris Nichols Arsht & Tunnell litigation partner Alan Stone to its New York hub. Stone, who joins from Morris Nichols' Delaware office, focuses on corporate and business litigation. Milbank chairman Mel Immergut said Milbank was attracted to Stone's experience appearing before the Delaware courts.
