Kingsley Napley makes up two new partners

City practice Kingsley Napley has promoted two lawyers to its partnership. Michelle Harris, who joined the firm in 2004 from CMS Cameron McKenna, has been made up in the corporate and commercial department while former Norton Rose lawyer Liam MacDonnell has been promoted to partner in the real estate division. The appointments boost Kingsley Napley's total partnership to 37.
