SAB Miller hires Lovells partner for M&A team
Drinks giant SAB Miller has hired Lovells equity capital markets partner Stephen Jones as its new M&A general counsel. Jones, who has acted for SAB Miller for the past 15 years, is set to make the move in-house later this summer. He will report to John Davidson, general counsel and also an ex-Lovells partner. Davidson said the company would continue to work closely with Lovells.
