Shepherd & Wedderburn has bagged its second senior lawyer of the summer from big four Scots rival Dundas & Wilson, it was announced today (13 September).
M&A specialist Scott Boyle joins Shepherds' Glasgow corporate team as a partner next week.
Boyle was previously a senior associate at Dundas, where his practice also took in the public-private partnership/private finance initiative secondary buy-out market. He will work alongside Shepherds' Aberdeen corporate team, which focuses on the oil and gas sector.
