Former GE Healthcare legal head joins Siemens
Siemens has named ex-GE Healthcare legal chief Peter Solmssen as its new general counsel. He is set to start at the German technology giant on 1 October, along with Siemens' new chief compliance officer, Andreas Pohlmann, who joined the company from US chemical outfit Celanese. Solmssen has also been appointed to the board and will report to Siemens chief executive Peter Loescher.
