Semple Fraser has bagged high-profile Scots lawyer Robert Hynd as a consultant to its corporate division. Hynd joins the 25-partner practice from regional outfit Craxton & Grant, where he was a partner. Also formerly of Dundas & Wilson and Harper MacLeod, Hynd has previously taken a string of public roles, including a post on the Lord President's consultative committee to the Scottish Commercial Court.
