BDO will acquire the business of Chiltern, with a view to relocating the employees to its own new HQ next year.

Olswang is a regular adviser to BDO, which is also the firm's accountant. Olswang has done a number of deals for BDO in the past, including advising on its acquisition of accountancy rival Numerica in 2005.
