Dutch leader NautaDutilh has launched a dedicated class action practice as the firm anticipates more collective action following the passing of legislation. Amsterdam litigation partner, Daan Lunsingh Scheurleer, who is currently leading Nauta's team defending Dexia Bank against various group actions, will lead the new group.
