Ashurst has elected two new members to its management board, with partners from London and Germany winning posts on the committee.

Ashurst partners voted London litigation partner Ben Tidswell and Frankfurt corporate partner Reinhard Eyring on to the board, with effect from the start of this month.

Tidswell, who has been a partner since 2000, has a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency and banking litigation work, as well as competition issues. Eyring, who has also been a partner with the firm since 2000, specialises in banking law and initial public offerings.
