Good week, bad week

US results season means it's been a decent week for firms including Paul Weiss, McDermott and Dorsey & Whitney.

Not so good for Howrey or Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft, which both saw PEP drop.

It's been a busy week at Latham & Watkins, meanwhile, where fees and profits are both up and European partners might be getting some more help about that pesky exchange rate.
