Squire Sanders partner joins Polish bank board
Squire Sanders & Dempsey partner Eligiusz Jerzy Krzesniak has been selected to join the board of Poland's largest bank. Krzesniak, from the firm's Warsaw office, has been appointed vice chairman of the seven-strong supervisory board of PKO Bank Polski. He will co-lead the board on various planned projects, including the potential further privatisation of the bank.
