CC confirms Kirsch as global litigation chief

Clifford Chance (CC) has appointed a new head of global head of litigation and dispute resolution, with New York partner -----Mark Kirsch stepping up to lead the practice. He will take over from Peter Chaffetz, who is also based in Manhattan, for a four-year term beginning on 1 May.
