CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz - the Austrian ally of top 20 City firm CMS Cameron McKenna - is set to merge with boutique Dallmann & Juranek. The two Vienna-based firms are set to tie up under the Reich-Rohrwig banner, subject to regulatory approval by the Vienna Bar Association. Dallmann & Juranek specialises in banking and finance work, as well as corporate law, and advises clients including banks, other financial institutions and publishing companies.

CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz – the Austrian ally of top 20 City firm CMS Cameron McKenna – is set to merge with boutique Dallmann & Juranek.
The two Vienna-based firms are set to tie up under the Reich-Rohrwig banner, subject to regulatory approval by the Vienna Bar Association. Dallmann & Juranek specialises in banking and finance work, as well as corporate law, and advises clients including banks, other financial institutions and publishing companies.
The merger comes as part of an accelerated growth strategy adopted by Reich-Rohrwig as it aims to establish itself among the leading law firms in its domestic market. The combined practice will have around 120 lawyers across nine countries.
