DuPont has appointed a new general counsel following the retirement of Stacey Mobley. Mobley has stepped down from his post after 35 years with the company to be replaced by assistant general counsel Thomas Sager, who will take up the position from 1 July. Mobley has been general counsel for DuPont since 1999. Sager takes up the post after spending five years as associate counsel and chief litigation counsel.
