Eversheds has boosted its intellectual property (IP) offering with the hire of senior trademark agent Brian Clayton. Clayton joins from rival practice Addleshaw Goddard, where he was responsible for its trademark filing practice. He will become Eversheds' first trademark agent and has been brought in with the remit of creating and growing a global trademark filing practice for the firm. The firm is aiming to create a 'one-stop' practice for its IP clients.
