French independent opens China office early
The new Shanghai office of Paris independent Lefevre Pelletier & Associes has opened ahead of schedule, with the launch having initially been planned for September. The office is managed by corporate partner and Asia head Paul-Emmanuel Benachi and will advise on matters including investment, M&A, restructuring and infrastructure projects. This is the third office in Asia for the French firm, which opened in Hong Kong in 1998 and Guangzhou in 2005.
