US firm Bullivant Houser Bailey and Chinese practice Lehman Lee & Xu have formed a strategic alliance to advise Chinese corporate clients on foreign capital markets and funding issues. Portland-based Bullivant Houser Bailey is a business and litigation firm with six offices in the western US. The 300-lawyer Lehman Lee & Xu has 22 offices in the Asia-Pacific region and advises on banking, M&A and dispute resolution.
