Serious Fraud Office (SFO) assistant director Helen Garlick has joined Nardello & Co as senior director of investigations. Garlick joins the investigative firm after serving as assistant director at the SFO for five years.While at the SFO, Garlick was named as the organisation's first head of the overseas corruption unit and led the high-profile investigation into BAE Systems.

Serious Fraud Office (SFO) assistant director Helen Garlick has joined Nardello & Co as senior director of investigations.
Garlick joins the investigative firm after serving as assistant director at the SFO for five years.
While at the SFO, Garlick was named as the organisation's first head of the overseas corruption unit and led the high-profile investigation into BAE Systems.
Commenting on her new role, Garlick said: "I have spent all my professional life in public service, doing work that I believe in. When I made the decision to move to Nardello, the most important thing for me was to be sure that I would be working with people with integrity. I am delighted that I will be working with Dan and the professional, experienced and diverse team he has assembled."

Garlick's arrival in Nardello's London office brings the number of executive staff in the City office to six. The firm also has offices in New York and Washington.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
