"I am 23-year-old law graduate with a post-grad in business strategy/management & entrepreneurship. I have managed to secure a training contract with a top City law firm for September 2010.

"My problem, however, is that while I am genuinely interested in and have enjoyed law so far, my true passion (perhaps true financial freedom) lies in becoming an entrepreneur. Not to sound like a complete mercenary, but I really see law as a stepping stone knowledge-wise and financially and do not intend to be in it for more than five years.

"That said, what area of law would best serve my long-term interests bearing in mind the somewhat limited roles one can find himself in the corporate/commercial departments of top City law firms, especially at junior level?"
