Separately, Dundas has also seen the departure of London construction and engineering partner Mark Tiggeman, who is set to join Kennedys as a partner next month.

Tiggeman joined Dundas in 2005 after five years as a partner with Pinsent Masons in London and Hong Kong.

He specialises in commercial disputes work in the construction industry.

Tiggeman's departure is the second from Dundas' London construction practice, after Hamish Lal left the firm's City office in September to join US firm Jones Day as head of construction.

Prior to joining Dundas, where he also headed up the construction practice, Lal was a barrister with Four New Square Chambers.
