Noerr has bulked up its intellectual property (IP) practice with the hire of a new partner from Bird & Bird. Ralph Nack is set to join the German firm's Munich office on 1 April after six years as a senior counsel in Bird & Bird's IP practice.

Noerr has bulked up its intellectual property (IP) practice with the hire of a new partner from Bird & Bird.
Ralph Nack is set to join the German firm's Munich office on 1 April after six years as a senior counsel in Bird & Bird's IP practice.
Nack specialises in patent infringement litigation, in particular licensing law, patent valuation and the international coordination of patent litigation.
