CC global corporate practice head Matthew Layton commented: "As one of the most respected lawyers in the M&A market, Tim is a significant addition to our London team at a very senior level.

"His proven track record and experience, having worked on many major M&A transactions, will further strengthen our resource in servicing our existing clients and will enable us to continue the growth and development of our practice in London. We are delighted to welcome him to the team."

CC's global corporate practice now has 163 partners operating out of 29 offices.
