Beachcroft managing partner Paul Murray and senior partner Simon Hodson have both been re-elected for a second term at the helm.
Murray was re-elected this month in an uncontested process, following Hodson's re-appointment in August. Hodson, who also stood unopposed, and Murray will both take up a second five-year term.
Since their appointments in 2005 the pair has overseen moves including the firm's entrance into the Welsh legal market with the acquisition of defendant insurance business Kingslegal in March this year. It also opened an office in Dublin in March 2009.
Murray said: "We have steered a planned and strategic path over the last five years which has resulted in the firm continuing to show sustainable growth even in a downturn.
"We are lucky to have a good team supporting our efforts and we intend to continue to pursue a path of developing our business – both in terms of its size, the quality and range of services that we supply, and the depth of our relationships with our clients."
The firm was one of the few national outfits to see a year-on-year increase in turnover in May this year, growing 8.3% to £131m.
Profits per equity partner (PEP) also saw an increase, rising by 4.3% to £314,000 after the firm boosted total profits by 7.5% from £22.8m to £24.5m.
