Roschier has recruited three partners from Vinge and appointed new management to take the helm of the firm's Stockholm office.

Private equity and M&A partner Malin Leffler and corporate and M&A partners Pontus Enquist and Ola Sandersson are set to join the Finnish firm later this year from the Stockholm office of Sweden's Vinge.

Meanwhile, Jens Bengtsson, who joined the firm from Linklaters in 2006, has been appointed head of the Stockholm office. Fellow ex-Linklaters partner Fredrik Rydin will serve as office co-head.

Senior partner Axel Calissendorff (pictured) commented: "We are very excited about our development and rapid growth in Sweden. The recruitment of three leading profiles is, of course, another major step forward."

Bengtsson added: "We have been very successful during the past years and continue to be regularly involved in the largest and most complex assignments in the region. Our M&A and private equity practices have now reached a size that is comparable to the largest firms on the market."

Roschier launched in Stockholm in 2006 after launched the RR Alliance in 2004, a cross-border operation of about 250 lawyers in five jurisdictions, including Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
