In the third video of the series, Jenny Screech of Zurich draws on her experience as legal professions manager to predict whether PI rates for the large commercial law firms will rise significantly in 2011.
She also looks at the particular requirements of the larger law firms, which are generally regarded as being in a better position than smaller firms to keep premium rises to a minimum.
Topics covered include the special requirements of international offices, a proposal that claims from large financial institutions will be excluded from the standard cover and the particular risks associated with advising on large M&A deals.
