The most recent departures, which bring the the total number of partner losses at Dewey to 41 so far this year, are partners John Altorelli and Alexander Fraser and counsel Patrick Costello and Gerald Francese. All four are joining DLA as partners.

The new hires, who all started at DLA on Tuesday (3 April), specialise in M&A, private equity and finance. Altorelli will take on leadership roles at his new firm, where he will serve as co-chair of DLA's domestic finance practice and also become a member of the firm's executive committee.
