Ahead of the Corporate Governance & Risk Forum, Cass Business School visiting professor Peter Giblin talks to Legal Week editor-in-chief Alex Novarese about the changing face of corporate governance and risk.
Giblin will chair this year's event, which is set to take place at the May Fair Hotel in London on 18 October.
Other confirmed speakers include David Bermingham, formerly of Greenwich NatWest and a member of the 'NatWest Three', Joanne Hindle, head of legal and compliance at AXA Assistance UK and Ireland, and Dominic Bacon, former general counsel and group head of compliance at WorldSpreads Group.
