Gateley and Clifford Chance (CC) have advised on two company voluntary arrangements (CVAs) for big-name brands, as more well-known businesses face up to the tough economic climate.

La Tasca Restaurants' CVA, which was approved by creditors on 28 August, has seen Gateley take the lead role for the tapas chain.

Manchester restructuring partner Andrew Buchanan led the firm's team with support from Manchester managing partner Rod Waldie.
