Nabarro is set to see the departure of two more senior partners, including employment chief Julie Quinn.

Quinn (pictured), who has resigned to join US firm Jones Day, joined Nabarro in 2008 after 13 years at Allen & Overy. In addition to her employment practice she also has significant experience in international project management and is also a former deputy chair of the Employment Lawyers Association.

Meanwhile, corporate partner Andrea Cropley – who is principally based in the Sheffield office but also spends some of her time in London – has also quit the firm, although her next destination is currently unknown.

Cropley's clients range from banks and large international corporates to private companies and entrepreneurs. She joined Nabarro from accountancy-tied firm Tite & Lewis in 2004. Recent work she has handled has included leading a Sheffield-based corporate team advising on Bank of Ireland's €690m (£575m) sale of its London lending arm to US bank Wells Fargo & Co last December.

The news comes after the firm's long-serving real estate litigation chief Iain Travers left to join Ashurst. Travers, who is set to depart in November, had worked at Nabarro for 38 years.

The firm has seen a spate of departures over the last year. In July, exits included funds partner Justin Cornelius, who left for Berwin Leighton Paisner, and London acquisition finance specialist Mark Isaacs, who joined US firm McGuireWoods.
