Dundas & Wilson is set to see three more partner exits in London as the firm continues to shed partners in the City.

Banking and finance partner Michael Wrigley and corporate duo Julian Mathews and Simon Sale have become the latest in a growing list of departures from the Scots firm's City office during the last 12 months.

It is understood that both Wrigley and Mathews have left with immediate effect, while Sale is believed to be leaving the firm next month. It is currently unclear where the partners will be heading next.

It is understood that the trio will not be followed by any associates.

Dundas joint managing partner Caryn Penley said: "We have been open about our plans to manage our business. We are focussing on our strengths in both Scotland and London.

"Last month, for the first time, we were appointed to the Government Procurement Service legal panel in England and Wales. Our London office is a key platform for us going forward.

"We don't comment on individual departures or rumours. We are acting decisively to manage our business and some departures are a consequence of that."

Other partners to have left the London office in recent months include TMT partner Paul Graham, who joined Field Fisher Waterhouse, real estate partner Martin Thomas, who left for Wragge & Co, and banking partner John Pike, who moved to Osborne Clarke.

In addition, real estate partner Nick Padget is also expected to join Osborne Clarke in the coming months.
