Lawrence Graham has made up three lawyers to its partnership in the firm's annual promotions round.
Two of the promotions have been made in the firm's City office, including commercial lawyer Vanessa de Froberville, who specialises in IT, intellectual property and sales and marketing. She joined the firm in 2000 and recently advised on the sale of the Jessops brand to buyers including Dragons' Den star Peter Jones.
The other London promotion is Robert Paterson, a restructuring and insolvency associate who joined the firm in 2006, and recently acted on the £265m sale of the landmark City office site Woolgate Exchange.
The firm's third new partner is the Monaco-based Frederic Mege, a dual-qualified French and English private client lawyer. He joined the firm in 2008 and advises clients on French and international tax matters, focusing on real estate, residence issues, trusts, estate planning and investigations.
LG managing partner Hugh Maule (pictured) said: "All three new partners have won and nurtured prestigious UK and international clients and have shown both commitment and innovation. They have demonstrated outstanding client management skills and have worked hard to help develop their practice areas."
Last year all of the firm's four promotions came in the firm's London office – Rose Chamberlayne in private capital, Jon Lent in finance and Carole Peet and Caroline Walker in real estate.
Since March 2012 nine new partners have also joined LG from firms including Bird & Bird, Herbert Smith, Linklaters and Stephenson Harwood. Most recently private capital partner Zac Lucas joined the Singapore office in February from Ogier.
