Osborne Clarke (OC) has shaken up its management line-up, naming corporate partner Conrad Davies as real estate and infrastructure head.

Davies (pictured) replaces previous sector group head and real estate disputes partner Leona Briggs, who has been appointed as litigation practice group chief. She had led the sector group for four years.

Briggs replaces Peter Clough, who headed up the practice group for ten years. Clough will return to fee-earning in the firm's commercial litigation practice and energy sector group.

The appointments come into effect at the start of February.

Cubitt, who joined Osborne Clarke in 2000, has headed up the firm's employment practice for four years. The firm is reviewing whether he is able to retain his role as employment chief.

OC last month reported a 12% rise in revenue for the first half of 2013-14 after it grew to £60.7m, increasing from the £53.4m recorded at the 2012-13 half-year mark. The firm's offices in London, Bristol and Reading contributed revenue of £39.1m, 8% up on the equivalent point in the previous year.
