Osborne Clarke (OC) has launched a flexible working consultation in a push to boost career progression for its female partners and staff.

The firm, which has already made presentations to its partnership council and executive board, aims to have an action plan in place later this summer. It began to survey partners and employees in March and is currently in the process of engaging focus groups.

The firm's flexible working policy extends to all staff and partners across all practices, but HR manager Fiona Go
