RPC has given jobs to all 15 of its autumn trainee intake, with Weil Gotshal & Manges also revealing a 100% retention rate.

Dentons, Irwin Mitchell and White & Case have also announced retention figures for their respective autumn intakes.

RPC achieved a 100% retention rate for the first time since 2011. Last year, 81% of its trainees were given jobs.

"Given the quality I see coming through year on year the future success of RPC is in good hands," said managing partner, Jonathan Watmough.

Weil, meanwhile, has given jobs to all 11 of its trainees, having only taken on four out of six last year.

Elsewhere, Dentons has increased its retention rate to 85% for September 2014, a 17% increase on last year's figure.

Of the 26 trainees, 22 were made offers to stay on at the firm as newly-qualfified solicitors (NQs), all of whom accepted.

Irwin Mitchell has announced an 80% retention rate for its autumn intake, with 39 of the 44 trainees being offered NQ positions with the firm.

The figure is flat on last year's rate, although the firm has seen an increase in the number of places offered to trainees, with only 40 available this time last year.

At White & Case, 85% of the trainees due to qualify in September accepted NQ positions at the firm.

The results are the latest in this autumn's round, with Linklaters announcing a marginally improved retention rate of 93%.
