Olswang has announced that it has promoted five lawyers to its partnership this year in an all-female promotions round.
The latest appointments follow a record low promotion count in 2014, the smallest since 2010, when the firm made up only two male partners based in London and Berlin.
This year Olswang has promoted three lawyers in London: Melissa Brett in real estate, Anna Caddick in commercial disputes and Katie Nagy de Nagybaczon in corporate.
Brett, who joined the firm in 2003, specialises in the sale, purchase and management of commercial portfolios, shopping centres, retail parks and offices.
Caddick, who joined in 2009, has worked on both litigation and arbitration matters, while Nagy de Nagybaczon joined in 2006 and last year advised Tesco PLC subsidiary Dunnhumby on its acquisition of global advertising technology company Sociomantic Labs.
The firm has also promoted Paris-based lawyers Jessica Schinkel in corporate and Clara Steinitz in its intellectual property practice. Schinkel joined the firm on the opening of its Paris office in 2011, while Steinitz started a year later.
With the latest promotions, the firm now has 122 partners across its eight offices in Europe and Asia.
The news comes as Olswang has been named as one of nine major law firms on The Times' list of the top 50 employers for women, an increase from six firms on the list last year.
Olswang made it onto the list for the second consecutive year. It was joined by eight others: Eversheds, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Herbert Smith Freehills, Hogan Lovells, Linklaters, Norton Rose Fulbright, Obelisk Support and Simmons & Simmons.
Legal support services firm Obelisk also made it onto the list this year.
Last year Addleshaw Goddard, Norton Rose, Simmons & Simmons, Eversheds and Linklaters all made the ranking alongside Olswang. Overall, major law firms represented 12% of the companies on the list in 2014.
The unranked, alphabetical list is published in partnership with Opportunity Now, the workplace gender campaign from Business in the Community.
Ince & Co also announced it would make up three lawyers to partner in it partner promotions for 2015. The three appointments, all male, specialise in disputes, in England, the United Araba Emirates and Japan.
Two of the new partners will take up posts in the London office, while the other one will be based in Dubai, when they start on 1 May.
The firm also announced it has hired Bird & Bird Middle East aviation practice leader Anna Anatolitou to a partner position in London.
