International law firms favoured continental Europe and Asia-Pacific ahead of the Middle East for lateral partner hiring last year, Legal Week research has revealed.
A survey of 46 international firms with a presence in the UK, the majority of which are US outfits, showed that they made a total of 224 partner hires across Asia, continental Europe and the Middle East in 2014.
