Linklaters has landed the lead role advising AXA UK Group Pension Scheme on its longevity risk swap on £2.8bn worth of pensions with US insurance company Reinsurance Group of America.
Axa hopes the deal will provide income for its pension scheme in the event that those under it live longer than currently expected.
