RPC has acquired a UK-based software and consultancy business specialising in insurance risk amid rising regulatory pressures in the sector called Marriott Sinclair.
The addition of the business takes RPC Consulting’s partner-count up to four from just one as the three Marriott Sinclair principals – Alun Marriott, Mark Sinclair-McGarvie and Jonathan Broughton – have become partners in the combined business.
